Prior to filling in your details please take note that:

  • The venue (US CLUB) is located in a prime naval area.
  • It has a set of security protocol that we all have to abide by.
  • As the venue is a part of the Indian naval base. In respect to its code of conducts, kindly keep your attire formal.
  • As per US Club rules, we would need to know the names & number of attendees, for a smooth check-in at the Gate.
  • All Guests must carry their original ID Proofs to show at the entry gate. (Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport etc. NO Pan Card)
  • Personal Vehicles & Taxi/Cabs are allowed till the venue doorstep, however, as per US Club rules, guests availing cab services on their return journey will have to use the provided shuttle service to reach the nearest cab point (R.C Church Bus Stand).
  • You may please use this as your pick-up location while booking your cab.
  • In case you are an outstation guest, we will require your travel details, to coordinate and arrange accommodations. This will ensure that you have a smooth check-in.
